The Killing has returned with a powerful new season. I am relatively new to the show, having blasted through the first season in a matter of days. Maybe it is because I watched the series so quickly, but I was not disappointed with the Season 1 finale.
That being said, I was incredibly nervous about Holder and Linden's relationship become tarnished with the finale's revelations. Having watched the first three episodes of Season 2, I can say my worries have been assuaged. Holder and Linden are interesting leads as ever, and I am every bit as intrigued by the mystery.
I would love to hear your thoughts on the first few episodes of Season 2. Did it live up to your expectations? Is this show becoming too political and losing its air of mystery?
